North Carolina Department of Public Instruction has provided the NCHSAA with the 2016 Average Daily Membership numbers for all 409 member schools (including non-football playing schools). The numbers used reflect adjustments for early/middle colleges, specialty schools, and alternative schools where applicable. They will be used to subdivide qualifying teams into A/AA for the 2016 football playoffs.
